Rapid Online Accounting Certificate (Limited Enrollment)

Although not required, most accountants attend college and earn a bachelor's degree in their chosen specialty and you can choose to specialize in one or more areas of practice.

To qualify for Admission on a bachelor's degree course you will need the minimum of a high school diploma. The basic qualification required to become a certified accountant is to achieve a bachelor's degree in accounting. If you choose to study to be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) this can be earned after completing specific educational and work requirements and passing an examination. A CPA is better qualified than an accountant and recognized by the government as someone who is an expert in their field. Many CPAs also continue their post-secondary education and earn a master’s degree, this will boost your career opportunities and enable you to climb higher up the ladder.

Choosing the right course for you:
